charged for services and when do I pay?
Please check
the service rates page for prices. Payment will be required prior to
the services being rendered. Cash and checks will only be
accepted at this time.

What happens if I
don't get back from my trip on time?
Paws Are Made For Walkin' will continue its scheduled services
until notification is made by the client. Clients will be charged
for additional visits. Payment is due immediately for the
additional visits.

 | What if the pet
sitter has a personal emergency while taking care of my pets?
Paws Are Made For Walkin' has a back up sitter for emergency
situations.

Do you make short
trips to my home to cut down the cost?
Paws Are Made For Walkin' will only make exceptions for puppies who
need the extra potty break.

 | Will my pets and I
meet the pet sitter before services start?
There is a initial
booking consultation to complete paperwork, answer any questions,
and for the sitter to have contact with your pets.

 | Do you offer
discounts on services?
To new clients we offer 5% off 3 vacation days, or 3 private
mid-day walks.
Any existing client who refers a new client to us which results in a
service booking will receive a $5 credit toward their next service.

 | Do you carry
insurance for the sitters?
Yes, you will be shown a copy of the insurance card during the initial
booking consultation.
